Jed and Jody Suhl
Certifications: Jed is certified by Equine Connection their program is based off a 5-year study at 3 colleges in Canada, The Spirit of Leadership, and The Effective Facilitator: Leadership Strategies. Together, Jed and Jody make a dynamic team. Jed leads the facilitation of transformative Equine-Assisted Learning programs, while Jody also certified, provides essential support, managing the technical aspects, bookkeeping, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps their mission running smoothly. Their combined efforts reflect a shared commitment to empowering individuals and organizations through leadership development and personal growth.
Big Mountain
Heritage and Background: Big Mountain is a fourth-generation Native American educator and entertainer.
Legacy: His family was part of the historic Wild Bill Show, carrying forward a rich tradition of storytelling and performance.
This program helps companies by enhancing employees’ self-awareness, focus, and intentionality in their actions, fostering a more cohesive and productive work environment. By drawing parallels to tepee building, fire making, and archery, it teaches teamwork, patience, and goal alignment—skills critical for effective collaboration and leadership.
